What is Builders Clean?
A Builders Clean is a deep clean of your residential, commercial, leisure and entertainment areas after it has been built or renovated.
Every time we provide you with a Builders Clean, we’ll provide the following services:
All Rooms
- Carpets – Carpets are vacuumed and cleaned including beneath furniture and paying special attentions to the edges of the room.
- Wood Flooring or Parquet – Floors are cleaned and polished removing all marks and scratches.
- Vinyl Floor Covering – All tiles washed and polishe
- Ceiling – Remove all cobwebs
- Walls – Remove cobwebs, wipe down walls, remove any marks
- Sockets and Light Switches – Wipe down, remove all marks and fingerprints.
- All Wood Work and Paint Work – Dusted, and wiped down removing all marks.
- Furniture – All cleaned and polished, this includes inside of cabinets and drawers.
- Soft Furnishings – Clean all covers and vacuum using a special cream.
Bathrooms
- Baths, Toilets, Bidet and Shower Cubicles – Remove all lime scale and water mark. Clean and buff finish.
- Taps and Fittings – Remove all lime scale and water marks, clean and polish.
- Shower Screens and Tiles – Remove all of lime scale and polish all.
- Mirrors – Clean and polish.
- Extractor Fans – Vacuumed and cleaned.
- Pipe work – Clean all accessible pipes including behind toilet.
Kitchen
- Floors and Tiles – Wash and polish all floors and tiles including behind and beneath appliances.
- Cupboards – Clean and polish outside and inside of cupboards.
- Work Surface – Clean and polish.
We pay extra attention to make sure not one spec of dust remains in the site after the builders work.
Our aim is to make the area look brand new and ready to be utilised by you (or your customers/employees) straight away.
