We discuss the current needs/problems of the property with the tenants and agencies and/or landlords.

We investigate the problems reported by the tenants/landlords, to determine the work which should be done to complete the project and further discuss this with the client.

Once all have been approved we arrange a time with the tenants/landlords to carry out the repairs.
