What is a Light Cleaning?
A Light Clean is a superficial clean of your residential, commercial, leisure, and entertainment areas or end of tenancy agreements.
This is usually offered to a property/area that has been previously deep cleaned and has been emptied/not used for a while and needs a freshen up.
Every time we provide you with a Light Clean, we’ll provide the following services:
All Rooms
- Carpets - hoovering around furniture only.
- Wood Flooring or Parquet - Floors are cleaned
- Ceiling - Remove all cobwebs
- Sockets and Light Switches – Wipe down, remove all marks and fingerprints
- All Wood Work and Paint Work – Dusted, and wiped down removing all marks.
- Furniture – All cleaned and polished, only external areas.
- Soft Furnishings – All covers vacuumed.
Bathrooms
- Baths, Toilets, Bidet and Shower Cubicles – Remove water marks and clean.
- Taps and Fittings – Remove water marks and clean.
- Shower Screens and Tiles –Remove water marks and clean.
- Mirrors – Clean and polish.
- Extractor Fans – Vacuumed and cleaned.
Kitchen
- Floors and Tiles – Wash and polish all floors and tiles.
- Cupboards – Clean and polish outside of cupboards. (external only)
- Work Surface – Clean and polish
- Cooker/Stove – A light clean to remove superficial grease on oven, hob, grill and grill pan.
- Fridge and Freezer – Clean outside areas
- Dishwasher – Clean outside areas
- Washing Machines – Clean outside area.
- Tumble Dryer – Clean outside area.
- Microwave – Light clean inside and outside area.
